Curriculum mapping - we review the current provision to your learners and identify areas for improvement with practical routes to achieving this;
ICT Systems audits - we audit the total provision available to learners and teachers - this creates a sound basis for development;
Skills and training needs audit - we audit your staff skills and present practical routes for improving ICT skills amongst your teachers;
Network audit - we have been involved in the development of the Becta Framework for Infrastructure and can review against this document with recommendations for development;
Management support - we offer a range of advice and support for managers at all levels, from being at the end of the phone to identifying key areas for personal development;
Planning support - we can support your school in developing a three year ICT Development Plan, the first of the criteria required to gain the nationally recognised kitemark for educational ICT - the NAACEMark;
Specialist schools bids - we can provide advice and support in the construction of these important documents.
